Helping proactive companies nurture productive employees through a universal, bio-individual, and pro-metabolic health perspective.
Bio-individuality
You’ve tried all the advice—more sleep, better food, the latest workouts. But why does what works for one person fail for another? Health isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you’re not tracking your unique biology, you’re guessing.
The biggest mistake isn’t choosing the wrong diet or workout—it’s not understanding your body’s signals. Without tracking, you’re reacting instead of optimizing. Identifying how food, movement, sleep, and light affect you allows for smarter choices.
When you stop following trends and start tuning into your body’s responses, health optimization becomes simple, sustainable, and effective. Your biology holds the answers—you just need the right tools to unlock them..
In this talk, you will discover:
- The essential health inputs to track daily
- The results that matter most for long-term progress
- When you do things is just as critical as what you do
- How it’s not just about looking or feeling good—it’s about unlocking your true human potential
Universality
Despite all the conflicting health advice, one truth remains: the human body thrives on timeless principles. But modern life—dominated by artificial light, inactivity, and processed foods—pulls us away from how we’re biologically designed.
The result? Chronic fatigue, brain fog, and declining vitality. Many feel trapped in cycles of exhaustion, searching for quick fixes that don’t last. The solution isn’t another trend—it’s a return to the fundamentals.
When we realign with nutrition, movement, light, and connection, we unlock lasting energy, resilience, and longevity. Thriving isn’t about new discoveries—it’s about restoring what has always worked.
In this talk, you will discover:
- How a revised “food pyramid” can improve energy
- What daily activity, not exercise, is crucial for longevity
- How different wavelengths of light enhance vitality
- Why connection is the key to human purpose and fulfillment
Pro-Metabolism
Your body is in a constant battle. Every day, two opposing forces—Team Anabolic and Team Catabolic—compete for control of your strength, energy, and longevity.
Team Anabolic builds you up—repairing muscle, fortifying bones, and sustaining peak performance. Team Catabolic breaks you down, accelerating weakness, fatigue, and decline. And here’s the hard truth: as you age, Team Catabolic gets stronger by default.
The good news? You can fight back. Staying strong and resilient requires understanding metabolism and making daily choices that fuel growth. Mastering this battle isn’t just about health—it’s about ensuring strength, vitality, and independence for life.
In this talk, you will discover:
- The key leaders of Team Anabolic and Team Catabolic
- The forces that fuel muscle growth and repair
- The stressors that break down muscle
- How to fight back as age pulls you toward Team Catabolic

Meet Colin
As an author, employee wellness speaker, and former physical therapist with over 22 years of experience, I am deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations optimize their health and well-being. My career took a transformative turn after a debilitating back injury in 2008, which led me to shift my focus toward evidence-based wellness practices, particularly in the areas of nutrition, exercise, and light exposure—along with their profound impact on circadian rhythms.
During my time as a physical therapist, I worked for eight years within the California corrections system, where I learned invaluable lessons in structure, humility, and perseverance. These experiences shaped my holistic approach to wellness and fueled my desire to empower others to take control of their health.
In 2015, I authored the 5 Natives Wellness 90-Day Logbook, designed to help individuals connect their daily choices to their long-term health outcomes. Building on nearly a decade of additional research and insights, I released the second edition, 5 Natives Wellness: A 5N=1 Health Journal. This updated edition offers a deeper dive into how small, daily actions can lead to meaningful, lasting improvements in overall wellness.
